Been discussed here a few times, but who do you mean Mom or Denise?
Mom requires talking and getting coffee....Denise, you need to be more aggressive after talking.
Start with Talking. Find that talking option in the Small Favor menu.

She's not interactable yet, but you can have events and sex with her through the quest-line with Freddy. Unfortunately that involves getting him laid with your sister.

Should just be wherever your game folder is. If you're confused open up your Superpowered folder and search for "scripts.rpa" (no quotes). Then open up the hotfix file and drag the scripts.rpa file from the game folder in there and override the one in your game directory.
ty ty.. like I said it was silly/stupid question, but I just couldn't find the location searching on my own. so once again ty for the info.
