You can inflict and change the insanity with Overloads. Use Lust Overload for Nymphomania, Trust Overload for Volatile Personality and Love Overload for Obsession. It's not 100% though. If you're successful, your target loses a good amount of Willpower and description of the event ends with "Afterwards they seem a little off." If you're in a rush for results, you can always use the good old save&load trick.

anyone got any saves they would be willing to share lost all my progress when i changed laptops thanks for any help as this game looks fun... also a guide would be nice as i no longer remember most things about this game haven't played it in about last 10 updates

Is there any way to see the Freddie/Mom content in the same game as the Tamara content without cheating? It seems like if you ask Freddie for help with Tamara that leads him down the Freddie/Mom route but the Tamara route ends with her always being cold towards you in tutoring, so you can no longer progress with her. But if you go after Tamara in tutoring without asking Freddie for help then he'll never get caught peeping with mom and that route won't start. Am I missing something for making both routes work?
