I don't have many issues with the ''slut creation'' to be honest (i'm actually a big fan of Akabur works), my only concern is if i'm able to make some characters ''mine'' or not; the sister getting banged in the toilet was pretty messed up for my personal tastes while i didn't mind Kelly (is the cheerlearder if i remember correctly). Is there any power in the game that make it soo i can raise all stats without making them give their asses away? I'm asking cause i saw that the mind control power had a big update since time i last played.

I'm not sure about mind control. You could try suppressing self-control or "wild oats", or try turning them into a drone.
Stephanie is a hard one to keep as "yours" without missing out on a lot. Try Nikki. She has been greatly expanded and if you share her, it's with another girl. There are some things that you may not like, but those things are as bad, or worse with Stephanie. Mom is another good one. You can avoid the cum dumpster scenes by ignoring her when she comes home drunk while in Nympho phase. Also, don't use her to distract Freddie. She's a bit of a sadist though. I don't think Denise has any gangbang scenes, and she has fetish content that doesn't involve strange dicks or getting punched in the face while fucking her.
Best bet is to just go with the flow, and have a laugh if the scene isn't to your taste. You can also opt to limit corruption of "your girl" and keep her nice. It won't work well with family though. Good girls don't fuck their brothers.
So, recalibrating a girl to wear slutty clothing is supposed to reduce her inhibition by 1 every time you see her. This is working for every girl other than Mom and Steph - whenever I see Mom and Steph, their inhibition *increases* by 1.

it's probably that their inhibition is too low already, if they're comfortable being naked around you, wearing clothes, even revealing ones is a step up.
The dress slutty option has a lower bound of about 40 for Inhibition. Once you get below that you have to lower it further through other means. The most effective method is a Sympathetic Link for Confidence. I like Lust -> Confidence since you're raising lust with most of the physical interactions anyway. That will take it all the way to 0. For Corruption the most effective method is the Mind Control - Suppress Restraint option. That will take Corruption all the way to 100, the downside is that it will raise Inhibition at the same time but Inhibition is easier to change than Corruption.
Once you get below a certain point they have to actually be naked to avoid raising Inhibition when you see them. You'll probably notice that at home when Mom and Sis start walking around naked. The girls can't walk around naked at school though so whatever they're wearing won't be slutty enough to avoid raising Inhibition.
You can use the mind control power to "supress: wild oats". This limits the girls sexual desires to billy, and any other scenes are getting blocked.
As always with mind controll, the effect takes some time to take hold, just as a warning. ;-)

I thought once you make a particular illness permanent, it stays until you reset it with mind control? Is that not the case?

If you're doing it by Aura, it absolutely can change each time they are affected by it. If you are doing it by some other means, I wouldn't expect it to. (I haven't seen a girl's illness change in my mod.)
I wasn't entirely clear how this worked either but if what I'm hearing from the past few quotes is right it sounds like the easiest way to manage mental illness in this game is to just put Insanity up and leave it up until every girl has some random but permanent mental illness.
Then stop using Insanity and just use Love Overload or Lust Overload to switch whatever permanent illness they have to Nympho or Obssessive (also permanent). If that's right then mental illness is a lot less annoying to tweak to your liking in this game than I thought it was.

The only two things in the base game that can turn Psylocked (deep-seated) off are the Insanity Aura and Suppressing Identity. The Aura is the only thing that will turn it on. There is a 1 in 16 chance the status will turn on or off due to Aura.

Damn thats kinda annoying. From what i remember Stephanie had some very nice 1o1 scenes and the dialogues were kinda sweet (but at this point i may have confused with other games haha). I'll probably keep the game on my ''on hold list'' untill the Hero/Villan routes becomes more clear, maybe we'll get more options then. Heroes don't turn their families into cum buckets (even in porn games, i guess) haha
Oh i like this one, my main concern is that missing out much stuff and looks like Stephanie is designed to be a ''shary one'' soo i don't even know if it's worth it, are there majority of her scenes gangbangs or there is some good stuff if i make her ''mine''?

Actually there is very little "sharing stuff" for Stephanie at the moment. You basically loose the school-bathroom-scene, the sexbot-scene (duh), and you should not whore her out to Freddy (again, duh).
I think thats pretty much it. She has a threesome with you and Allie (Obcessive), I do not know if that one gets blocked or not...
Yeah, thats basically it. All her Nympho-, Fetisch- and Obcessive-Scenes are pretty Billy-only, the usual physical options (both at home and in school) are Billy-only... so yeah, you will not be missing much.
