seems like he's completed some none school characters basic interaction models. If you played the Rags version, you'll reecognize a few of the names, the blonde is The Pixie (low level villain), the older lady is Jennie (secretary), dude is Chance (lawyer) and then the last wasn't in the Rags version if I remember correctly but her name is Aio.
I guess that picture shows that the main character of the humbling experience is some completely default model. I figured people would try to make their main characters unique but I guess not.
