The process to reveal the fetishes (asking small/large favors) is broken for me. Even when a success is indicated, the process may not advance. I have not been able to determine anything consistent to get the process to advance.
Also, currently the ability to recruit Derek and Tamara to the NCHDL is broken. Once revealed that Derek wants to play soccer, no option become available to get Ms. Larson to allow him to play. If going the Sandra route, after the date, Derek does not join the NCHDL and remains uncooperative during tutoring.
Tamara is supposed to invite you to her home then flake out, then join the club as an apology (once Favor/Love/Lust conditions are met), but even with 100 Favor/Love/Lust no invite ever happens.
Finally, there never is an option to ask Ms. Larson to get Chrissy to join the club.

For the fetishes, do your failing targets have Corruption? There is a minimum Corruption value necessary to advance the final question on both small and large Favor.
I just completed the club with both Derek and Tamara so I know it works modless. The mission is set up to provide a particular story-line and thus is brittle. There are a couple of unintuitive steps that need to happen to keep the mission flowing.
For Derek, I can think of a couple of things. To get the soccer option, you may have to approach Larson in her office and take the "about Derek" conversation option. Please let me know if that works and I'll update my walkthrough to include that pointer. For the Sandra route, after the date you need to talk to three people to complete it: Sandra at swimming class, Derek in the hall (he approaches you after you talk to Sandra), and Freddy as part of his tutoring after school on Monday. It stalls until the Freddy conversation happens.
For Tamara, I can think of a few things. Has Freddy approached you in the hall to tell you how Tamara always goes downtown on Mondays? If not, have Freddy investigate her for one week and wait for the random event where he tells you between classes. Are you tutoring Tamara on Monday? The invitation seems to only be offered then -- it's a spur of the moment decision on her part. Could you have missed the invite and cut out of school early on a Monday? She only offers once and it's a problem if you didn't stay in school to get the option to go with her. Did you follow Tamara downtown? She guesses or figures out it was you and keeps her distance afterwards.
Chrissy should be one of the professional favour options. I don't think I have a recent save to verify, but IIRC, it may require some Freddy investigations of both Tamara and Derek to trigger.

Yes, I have done everything you described. I will check if it is mod related with a clean install. But if it is mod related, both SFC and Radioactive are showing the same problem (I have one install for each mod).
So, i have done pretty much all the missions x3 times each atleast, still not getting the story progression mission. any one else having the same issue ?
mods save my life on this game, too many things to do.... is easier with mods.... lazy but easy

A small correction. There may be a minimum Corruption required on any question. eg: Larson requires 5 to move from step 1 to step 2.
If you have the current version of Radioactive installed, try hitting Shift-F12 to get a hint about starting the Defense League. (If you get a weird message, mention it in the DLH thread.)

There's a lot of grind. It's not as bad as some people suggest (or at least I never found it so, but then I enjoy chatting to the girls and slowly raising favor) but when you have to it over for each new release because loading an old save breaks something ... well, it's nice to have a few shortcuts, even if it's only making sure you always get a critical in the classroom studies

Having recently tried the game I can say the grind is real, I really feel like you can get rid of the entire favour system and it would improve greatly like holy hell the memes weren't wrong porn games have more grind than an Asian MMO

Professional Ally : I was having trouble applying this after multiple attempts I finally figured out that Billy-Sexual represses Professionalism. Or at least makes you not be able to apply Professional Ally.

The mods are "mandatory" for those who have played the game several hundred times and need to start a new game to see new content.
guys where is the institute? I already completed the missions derek and tamara are in NCHDL when I want to use the influence of the school or talk to MS larson the option does not appear. What I do ?
