Where did Baal say Billy could not feel love? Not feeling love would lock people out of story and Baal does not like to do that. Now Billy may not link love to sex or it is not a close to it as "normal" people see it. Not feeling love would lead to a tyrant where his rule would be all not a very Heroic person could be that would explain the villain Billy but not a Hero one

Which effect are you attempting to use? Some of the costs depend on the Willpower of the target.

Updated the mod for this version. Like said above, it regard mostly the scenes tracker.

How to install mod for android?

Best answer comes from our wonderful and always resourcefull Penfold Mole

Android games can not be patched that way.
To add a file to an Android apk, you'd have to extract the apk, add the file to it, add it's filename and hash (wasn't the hash also Base64 encoded?) to the list of files in the apk, then compress and sign the apk. Or something like that. I don't remember specifics ATM.

Or you could add it to a Windows version and then port it to Android, i.e. use Ren'Py SDK to build an Android version yourself.

I don't know which is easier. Probably the second option.
In any case, there is nothing I can do about it.

Some of the custom Android versions of some games here have used my patch file in them. Can't point out any though.

My game is bugged. I don't see any of the corruption toilet scenes with any of the characters. I unlocked the unisex bathrooms a long time ago and I have all the girls at corruption 100 and inhibition 0. It used to work, but ever since I updated it stopped. I'm using radioactive but none of the girls have Billy-sexual suppression so that's not it either. Is there a console cmd to disable unisex bathrooms with Larson, so I can unlock it again?
