Well that and the dev got himself corralled by his patrons into working almost exclusively on the 9 women in the school before building out additional game play (which seriously increased burn out) and apparently, based on the last confessional, is struggling with the conversations / textual narratives between Billy and the women.
He's also become disenchanted with aspects of the game design -- specifically how complex adding a character has become because of how rich a game world he initially wanted. 3 different types of insanity, 4-6 different outfits, and multiple poses based on a combination of Inhibition, Corruption, Anger, and Fear means a lot of posing / rendering required for what is probably limited payout for any specific player.
By and large these aren't engine concerns. Not to say any particular engine can't impact how easy or hard the posing / rendering / narrative is, but really they are a combination of game design, app architecture, and dev capability considerations.

Actually the many different poses according to the different variables were a huge payout for me. May be an individual thing but it was a good way to communicate the different developments outside of stats. It may not be worth the amount of time invested into it, but it was a great thing for me.

Hopefully the Dev considers taking on someone to help, to prevent burnout.
I am hoping this title continues. And perhaps we see a return of the cellphone event replay option that was removed.

I like them too. It provides a sense of agency / player driven effect on the sandbox. That said, I generally only see maybe 10% of the poses even in a long game --- many simply don't appear when I apply my preferred play style because they're designed to acknowledge a different one. It is one of his acknowledged issues though - the complexity if adding a new character because all variations need to be accounted for. It's also why adding the 9 women at school took multiple years to complete. I find it a combination of sad and ironic that the dev is stopping shortly after finally clearing that hurdle and has a chance to move on to further development.

There's one flaw per power set.
Enhanced Senses -public masturbation whenever willpower is reduced to zero
Flight - attraction to older women (principal)
Mind Control - incestuous attraction (mom, sister)
Sympathic Link - attraction to younger appearing women (sister, Chelsea, Allie)
Psychosism - attraction to insanity (nurse Anne plus any women whom you've inflicted insanities on)
Kinesis - sadism, lose willpower in combat when you inflict damage
Armor of Terra - masochism, lose willpower in combat when hurt
Polymorphism - bisexuality, though not supported much in the game
Mercurial speed - exhibitionism, less willpower gained from public masturbation
Brilliance, Humanitas, and Herculean Might are talked about in-game, but are not in the game and thus have no defined flaws.

The Wikia website has everything you are looking for. It is mostly complete. Some gaps, but it is 98% what you need.
There is no single page with the info you seek. You need to review each power and see the flaws gained from each.
It will also show you any beneficial passive perks gained (example: Mind Control = Work Ethic Perk = +5% success chance to work tasks producing positive results). So there are both beneficial side effects as well as flaws. Enjoy!

several methods you can use. You can mind control them and change their personality to become more corrupt. If you also use the ability to link Lust+another action, then anytime you do that action it will increase their Lust.
It sounds like what your looking for is Corruption though. So you need to grind the small favor then Large Favor to discuss personal matters. If you are successful, it will increase their Corruption by +1. After reaching certain benchmarks, they become more Corrupt. Openly wearing more revealing clothes (or less clothes). They also become more open to sexual actions or start performing their own.
Another method is the shower. If you Shower in morning there is a small chance to meet Sister, Afternoon for Mom. If you are successful, refuse letting them shower first, eventually they will become more comfortable around you naked (ie: more corrupt). Events can unlock, where Sister or Mother choose to shower with you and perhaps do other actions with you.
As mentioned, there are many ways to increase Corruption. Easiest 2 methods are Showers and personal discussions. Though the watching TV together can also be a method.

You have to overcome the incest barrier. Billy wanting them doesn't mean they want Billy.
Two main choices: drive them insane by inflicting Nymphomania or Obsession or use rank 2+ Mind Control and establish the "Family Ties" suppression.
The latter is more permanent and has fewer secondary effects, but occupies the Suppression slot .

If it is true that SuperPowered is at or near end of development, then this is very unfortunate news. For me personally, this is the game that brought me into supporting adult game devs on Patreon and has left the legacy that I name all of my MCs for all games "Billy".

I don't want to write an obituary for this project because I truly don't want to accept that it is over. Ultimately, if Baal feels that is the right path for him to take, then it is his clearly his call to make. It just seems to me that having built such an impressive portion of the game with so much excellent character development including all of their individual sub-narratives and renders, then orphaning the project, is an unnecessary waste. Might there not be a way to import much of the existing work into a different, if broader game and thereby leverage the huge effort he has invested to get this far into intellectual and graphical assets that will contribute to a game on Unity or an alternate platform? I don't mind if the combat system is abandoned if that is too complex to keep, but there are some great babes here that shouldn't go out with the bathwater.

Sillyrobot is correct. You have to change the girls interest in you. It is not enough that your character is attracted to them, they need to reciprocate. There are a few methods to achieve this.
Mind Control and supress them using Wild Oats or Family Ties.
Wild Oats = they become interested in you only.
Family Ties = they become interested in you AND anyone else. Several scenes you can discover with them involved with others. (ie: Mom with Nurse as random event on Drunk Night, Sister in school bathroom, etc)
Also there are the Psychosism abilities. Cause mind break in them, and they have a chance to develop mental breakdowns. Which could include Nymphomania or Obsession.
You can of course mix between them. Be aware that Mental Breakdowns like Nymphomania overrule your control that may keep them for yourself, making them open to relations with others. Obsession is the reverse, that will make them focus on you only, which will block or change other interactions that involve other people. There are a few unique events that are only available if they are obsessive/Nympho. So if you are trying to see everything, you need to have them in every condition and Mental Supression state.

Supression is permanent if you leave it in place. But you are limited to only 1 at a time.
If you remove or exchange a supression, it no longer takes effect.

Mental States, according to the Wikia, have a very small chance to become permanent. This may or may not be true, I have struggled to implement this. example: Mental break someone to become Nympho, and it remains as a permanent effect even after Mental break goes away. I am finding I have to constantly break all their wills and minds and roll a lot with the RNG gods for Nympho and keep praying it becomes a permanent effect and not temporary. Maybe Wikia is accurate, and my luck just sucks.
