Dev builds aren't worth getting really. They don't actually add anything plot wise. They're basically just testing mechanics, there's probably nothing really new worth getting there.

Like previously stated.
Yes a lot of mechanics have been added in the latest Dev builds. (Mechanics that have massively improved the game)
But also a lot of things plot wise (Events and Diary entry's, and a complete new map and more.)
If you read the latest post on Boom's Attic Patreon you can see clearly where we are now in terms of content, and what is planned for the upcoming update.

Should work without issue. The new versions build up on the previous ones, not changing stuff from those earlier versions. If that happens, it would most likely require a fresh save, because of different expected script states and whatnot, but for this one, you can just use your old save.

0.5.2 is a dev build, it wasn't even supposed to be released to the public. 0.6 will have an android release.

Nope, it's still going strong. Dev build 0.5.7 was just released. I understand your concern, but I ask you to be a bit more patient.Last time I checked November still had 30 days.
