No, no incest at all. Any familial connection is against their incest rules regardless of how incest is defined in your local legal jurisdiction. Where I live cousin is legal, aunt is not. Go to the US and pretty much every state has its own rules. Some allow cousin marriages, some forbid cousin marriages, some allow cousin marriages dependent on the results of genetic screening to minimize inbreeding risks. Other countries have all sorts of laws all over the place with regards to incest limitations. Patreon simply bans it all.

Make the file that controls those variables open so players can edit it to whatever instead of requiring people to decompile it. Aunt, cousin (those are patreon safe right?), Miss (last name), whatever then those who don't want flat out consanguinity can change it to their liking with ease as well.

Where I live, incest is legal. The only restriction is regarding marriage: You cannot marry your parents, children, grandparents or grandchildren, but you can marry your uncle/aunt or cousins, nephews/nieces. But the part about sex, as long as both are of legal age (that is, over 16 years old), is perfectly legal.
Pretty sure those are now banned as well, they've caught on that those are just code words for incest intended to be patched (and it no longer matters who writes the patch, even if 3rd party devs have been banned for it, Heart Problems the latest older one that I've noticed). Bottom line is Patreon is getting less and less worth the risk for devs actually wanting to make money from their non-boring AVN, better to just use SS, do it for free just for the fun of it, or don't bother at all.
Yeah where I am it is as well, you just can't marry them but as long as one is 16 age gap does not matter either, so hypothetically if some 16yo girl wants to get pregnant by her 30yo brother and he's fine with it (or vice versa) she legally can, at least as long as he's not also a daddy/guardian role or similar.
That will get your Patreon under review but they've reinstated the pages in most cases. It's kinda fucked up right now. They'll look at the site analytics for the creator's page, they'll notice a lot of their traffic is coming in from their respective F95 page, they'll check the page and if they see an incest tag or an incest patch on the first post then they'll typically put the game under review. They'll correspond with the creator, get their side of it and then make a decision. Most of the incest devs I follow who've been put under review for that lately have gotten their pages back though. So atm it looks like incest patches are probably still safe as long as you maintain some level of plausible deniability but to be honest there's a risk involved putting any adult content on Patreon. Never know when overlord paypal will decide to change gooning to gone.

Go above Patreon, and you have their shareholders, advertisers, and the banks that Patreon uses to move the money around. Those three entities pull the strings. They are all trying to avoid any possible litigious actions and public ridicule. Put yourself in the mind of a business owner. Do you walk on the edge of public outcry or play it safe to protect your profits?
