but who ever is coding this game needs to be shot in the street as for me threw many-many updates scenes keep repeating over and over and OVER again due to bad coding of this game

This is a Ren'Py title, there's basically no coding. Saves from past versions can cause issues and are not supported.

Can someone explain to me what "rewritten chapters" in the changelog means? Is it just some minor text changes or is it worth replaying previous chapters?

Edit: I just answered my own question by just playing the whole game from the start. There are 2 new chapters in the beginning of the game.

The rewritten chapters are past chapters that were updated with extra text or chapters that were entirely rewritten from scratch with only the basic idea of the scene remaining. They are done by a different writer and right now everything from the start of the game to the 7th Date has been rewritten.

why don't old saves work? Are some chapters rewriting planned yet?

Generally because of variables still being checked but not transferred over from older versions, I think. But I'm not a programmer and it's a complete non-issue in my opinion since this is not a final game getting DLC but an incomplete product.
Don't use old saves for this or pretty much any other project on this entire site for that matter.

Everything after 7th Date except for the first Epilogue in the VN right now is planned to be rewritten.

I like this update......but we don´t have any choices to do...it´s like a novel...maybe some branch choices with differents paths improve the game....but..good job is this update

Amidst some of the other comments, I wish to express some love for this game! Really enjoying the direction it is taking. MC's wife seeing MC doing something outside of their agreement (even though it was a misunderstanding) serves as good motivation for Fiona. However, I did notice some repetition of penetration scenes and while I'm sure it's not easy to create and implement, some variety would elevate this game to the next level. Still, love the update and keep the good work going Infidelisoft!!

i really hope the first ending is not the best ending for the MC; i understand its a NTR game but with 6 ending, it can be interesting to have a ending with the MC who reverse the situation completely.

If the 5 others ending are just a bunch of MC bad ending, so were are the utility to have 5 ?

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out there is not going to be some switch where the MC suddenly becomes the dominant one - it isn't supported in the game, at all.

I don't know the endings. What I said was everything in the game so far supports that it will end that way. Maybe the MC will flip the tables, though, but I don't think so.
