it would be so great if Asuna escalate on sex with mc only ingame with the excuse of "its not real" until she did not resist in real life. If she goes straight to sex in RL will be kinda of a turn off.
Personally I always found Overlord a hard setting to make a good porn game. The setting is just too dark and if this setting is removed, it is just a generic "Isekai but I am my character" with the spin of him being an evil undead.
Shield Hero I could see as possible. Him growing closer to the girls, him seeing them more as family and friends refusing their advances, they get corrupted and seduced.
Now I had sometime to think about the preview pic, I will say this is flashback to the Lustful Night. The scene is obviously Asuna have real-world sex with Inoda. Sorry Kirito, we all know your dick size now. It seem unlikely Asuna would allow Inoda to have real-world sex, especially unprotected, in two in-game days. In Part 1's POV we saw Asuna cowgirling Inoda but we did not see this Part 2 yet.
If I am right then I am disappointed. Fujino keeps going back to the Lustful Night like a bad breakup. It is unhealthy.

Wow, it seems like it even makes sense if you look at it, and from the way Asuna's expression, which is angry or something, I hope it's not a flashback to that night again.

Could be, judging by the pantyhose on one leg. But the lightning is different, looks like a love hotel kinda thing, when the scenes from the rainy nights are dark and grainy.
I've seen some people discussing the new tease he dropped on patreon. I'm pretty sure it's going to be another flashback scene, mainly because asuna is wearing the stocking on her left leg like she was during all the other flashback images. I also don't think it was asuna through the curtain as inoda was helping liz at the time, and I don't think asuna was online at the time the guy in the curtains silhouette also didn't look like inoda.

imo Kanojo okarishimasu aka Rent a Girlfriend is one series that fit to turn into this kind of game...
anything u need is already there: weak MC, hot FMC, and suitable story to easily turn into NTR

not might be, she definitely is... and the new shrine room from the latest update is already separate the scene to kyoko to make player understand it easier...
He could just be trying to throw you with real life Asuna look. Once you build a scene it's not hard to change out characters. Could easily do a switcheroo and it be for FOG scene

Regarding the stocking, that's just how they go in koikatsu. You can have it in 'up', 'half-off' or 'fully-off' configurations.

Overlord NTR game would be awesome, with Philip for example.
Shield hero would have lots of beautiful women too and also a betrayal aspect already, with Naofumis trust issues and everything.
I could also see an Eminence in Shadow one, with the seven shades betraying Cid one by one.
To Love Ru and DxD are the obvious but more boring ones imo, I prefer some form of isekai, but thats just my opinion.

Weird that Bleach never got mentionned. It's a finished work, and there's already quite a bit of Orihime NTR content to be inspired from... Doesn't lack its share of hot girls, too.
Maybe anyone willing to make a game knows about the manga's premature ending was because the terrible working conditions the publisher gave the creator and pretty much made him leave the industry. Making it depressing. The recent anime was the series' revival. Now I am sure a lot more Bleach fan content is made.
Or maybe it is a pain to draw/animate the Death Reaper and Arrancar costumes.
