Now I understand a little what happened in the update, even so, the fact that cuntsuna has sex with the door half open is another level of perversion. It would have been more understandable if cuckito would only fight without having to knock on the door.

Because the last update of the plot was slow and Asuna's CG was missing. Many people were dissatisfied with it, so Qianda decided to speed up the pace. After all, there was no need to increase the degree of depravity. Asuna had very few CGs to do. And the last update also included hand-to-hand combat in a real-life gym. In addition, in this update, when Kirito was buying coffee, Liz probably said something for Inoda about how bad the sale was. Later, Inoda wanted to give her that expensive neck ring as a gift. After watching the movie, she thought Inoda was speaking for her. Her mother beat her up, so she apologized and then had sex. It makes sense. As for the game, what was directly considered was Liz's amulet before departure [probably to weaken Asuna's resistance to negative effects] plus the monster's EMO attribute. Then Kirito thought again Surprised Asuna and didn't pay attention to her mood changes. Asuna even stepped on the aphrodisiac flower [Actually, it was supposed to be the naughty thief who appeared in the end. Kirito's voice made him take action, and he was startled and slipped right in.] It could also be the follow-up, which should be Asuna. VIRTUAL CONNECTION ACTIVATE XD

In short, Liz's deception, her mother's trap, Liz's bracelet weakened her, plus the effects of the monsters added to the aphrodisiac flower made them both hotter and cuckito never noticed.

Remember she already did something similar in part 1, when you go to her house and Inoda is there, behind the door.

I think that was just some ass grabbing, though.
Yeah, it was, Asuna never once had actual sex willingly with Inoda in Part 1, not even in VR, outside the Rainy Night, and that was quite sketchy on how 'willing' she was, especially after Part 2. That's why this update technically was such a big jump for them even if she's using the 'excuse' of it not counting because it's in VR XP

Yeah, "excuses" are kind of her main character trait, also known as cognitive dissonance :p

Ironically, this particular issue isn't that far-off from her ACTUAL Canon character, believe it or not XD While almost everyone throws shit exclusively at Kirito, ASUNA is actually the character with the most writing issues in all of SAO and the one that has had the most constant and major corrections and retcons to make her 'work', to the point someone once told me that it was basically impossible to write 'accurate' Asuna because it was hard to know which traits of her characters were meant to always be there and which had been thrown on top over the years to try and make her fit better as the main heroine :p (Her relationship with Kirito pre-end-of-Aincrad was retconned twice, one with a full-on major one thanks to Progressive making her completely different than how she was originally introduced in Vol 1 and having to excuse the whys and hows of that, the Mother's Rosario arc was written entirely to give her a pre-SAO backstory already THREE whole arcs into the series when the author realized he had given 2 new heroines full backstories stories before his main heroine, etc XP).

I understand to some extent, even as someone not familiar with her entire story. In the original SAO, she played the role of an agile fighter and, if I recall correctly, held the position of second in command in a guild. Now, she has shifted to a passive healer, and that alone represents a substantial change for her character. But, perhaps there are valid reasons for this development in the story.

There aren't, actually, like I said a lot of Asuna's characters are blatant retcons, but that's not so much her fault as it's how the original story was conceived, which is something most anime-only will never know and even LN-readers won't acknowledge because 90% of the SAO fans only care for Asuna and/or KiriSuna XP

See, originally, SAO was meant to be a self-concluding 'one-shot' story, what nowadays is "SAO Volume 1" was originally ALL SAO was. In anime terms, imagine if it was just Episode 1, then skipped immediately to Kirito with the rare cooking ingredient rabbit in Agil's episode, remove the Yui episodes of their honeymoon entirely and any reference to anything that happened in the season before that moment, and end with Kirito waking up in the hospital. That's it.

Most of Season 1 (Liz, Silica, Yui, even Sachi and the Black Cats) were only added as part of Volume 2, which was the author trying to flesh out the world of the 'finished' story, and then he decided to continue more with a new direction for the plot since 'SAO' itself was over. Asuna's character is so shifty because originally all there was to her character was that and it wasn't meant to have more, it was just a self-concluding semi-fantasy love story, hell, she didn't even "win" over the other girls for being "better" than them, she won by default because none of them even EXISTED in the author's head when he originally wrote SAO.

Asuna originally had never even interacted much Kirito outside some boss fights before the last days of Aincrad, which is how originally Fairy Dance, then Fatal Bullet, were written upon. Then that was retconned to they actually having interacted a few times when volume 8 added the sidestory of the 'murder mystery', which was also in S1 in the anime. And even after that it was retconned again as they actually having met at the beginning of SAO when the author was asked by the anime team to write them a script for the second episode, which he once again 'wrote too much about' and became what nowadays is known as SAO Progressive, a whole-ass spin-off that completely retconned the entirety of Kirito and Asuna's relationship to they having known each other and been partners since the beginning of SAO before something split them apart, NONE of which was originally part of the original story at all :)

Again, none of this is specifically Asuna's fault, is how the author decided to continue the story from a 'self-concluding' point and expand it in bits and pieces in every direction, both continuing the main story and also going back to add more and more stuff to the early days of Aincrad constantly, but it's directly what caused Asuna to be such an 'inconsistent' character, because she has gone through like 3 whole retcons just to make her 'fit better' as the main heroine.

For all people rage about Kirito, is ironically Asuna whose writing is much worse thanks to both the author's efforts to write her better constantly and the bits and pieces he never touches, like, this rich girl who didn't have any real honest friends before SAO and was constantly under a controlling mother, and never done a single sport in her life because it would have been 'unladylike', and never touched a videogame in her life, became a godly prodigy unrivaled by almost everyone else the moment she grabbed a rapier despite having 0 experience with it, and despite having never cooked in her life she was such a prodigy at cooking in the game that despite having absolutely anything to do with real life cooking she also was cooking with the same master-waifu-levels like a month after getting out of the hospital :p

So Fujino basically makes the same mistakes trying to adjust the characters to fit their initial portrayal from part 1, his new vision in part 2 and the expectations from the audience.^^

Yep, basically the point of my whole rant (Aside from venting a bit about how hard is to not think Asuna is the greatest thing ever in a fandom where 90% only care about her and Kirito's relationship XD). The thing is that in Fujino's case is way more blatant because we're talking about the characters cheating/being NTR-ed, acting all OOC, but I thought it was a fun parallel to make in regards to Asuna given how all over the place her own Canon character was thanks to the original writing :p

Imagining inside the treehouse pov which I would like to see. I see Asuna remembering that night and admitting that she wanted to have sex with Inoda and does want now(+ because of monsters curse) and later. She probably remembering how all sex she had with Kirito after that night, being unsatisfied at all for various reasons or even enduring during rape which would make her raise favor for Inoda because sex with him is perfect. That way I see it very hot scenario and it would look like those scenes of Kirito wouldn't look wasted for many, dont know how Fujino will make it if he is gonna make pov for inside the treehouse, but even if its not gonna be exactly like that it should be similar or good anyway because Fujino makes awesome scenarios and dialogue in this game.
