As fun as that would be, gotta remember, this IS still at the end of the day a NTR game with Kirito as the main victim...you should NOT want Kirito to get a fair and just retribution because the plot will never allow it, if anything, as I have said many times before, the only reason Sugu's plot is being allowed to go on is because of it being currently something BAD for Kirito as is. The only way Sugu can "win" in any level is if things stay like that, sadly, but yeah, Fujino's writing will stay true to the end, Kirito needs to be actually 'suffering' from whatever happens for Suguha to get a good end and stay free of the NTR-verse's power...
I'm not so sure about this tbh. While not a happy cuck type deal the game does seem to be leading Kirito to a route where he is fine with adultery(with the priestm Liz and alice subplots) but that remains to be seen.
Just saying that I'm not expecting a happy ending or anything but I just don't think it goes for the misery porn route

If it is just "I see Kirito so me cheating is fine" or just a good dicking is just so boring. I hope there is a more nuanced reason of Asuna falling out of love for Kirito because she sees him as unreliable. Asuna's major Inoda affection increases has always been because he was there to comfort or understand her when Kirito was not. So I always thought Fujino's choice of changing ALO arc where it was her father not Kirito saving Asuna from Oberon/Sugou as a way to lessen the Kirito's impact on Asuna by not being the one to save her at her most vulnerable moment. If in the ritual of getting Yui Kirito royally fucks up it would play into my theory.
But it's just a game... If Kirito screwed up at the ritual, would Asuna be willing to break and change her REAL life because of the game? What if FOG closes in a year? Will he throw away several years of his relationship with Kirito, all his plans, his wedding, his life in America, because of a game that will probably become irrelevant in a year? It looks even more far-fetched than the scene in the brothel.

Imagine Asuna leaving Kirito because of the ritual, but after a year FOG will be closed, but a new game is being opened. Kirito writes to Asuna, "If you want to see Yui, go to GHY (the random name of the new game). It turned out that no rituals were needed here, I just pressed the button and Yui appeared. What? And.. you're pregnant with Inoda and 9 months pregnant and you don't feel like playing games? Well, come in as soon as you can, Yui wants to see you. I'm in the USA now, so I won't be able to visit you."
God, that would be stupid.

I think it would be better if Asuna's PTSD showed up, as it was described in the papers that we found in the hospital room. So that the memories would begin to change Asuna's personality. For example, the installation in Asuna's head, which was laid by Oberon, will work and select the nearest target. This will happen during a time of emotional instability, that is, during sex with Inoda.

Of course, maybe you're right and Fujino will go down the path of "resentment" and "revenge" again, but, in my opinion, it looked inappropriate the first time. If the game affects Asuna so much, then she should go to the hospital herself. :WeSmart:

Do you think Asuna will see Kirito fucking someone again in this update? Maybe Sinon, there are no other events on Sunday, but I don't think he'll use this situation twice.
It's more likely that Asuna will just fuck Inoda again without much context. Like everything will be the same as usual in action scenes, only this time he will be able to persuade her to have sex

Well, yeah, that's why the whole 'VR is not real' and seeing Yui as their daughter doesn't make much sense. But then again, she's a hypocrite.

Is this sarcasm? When you don't hear the intonation in your voice, it becomes unclear.
Well, here, of course, you might think that Yui means a lot to Asuna and that the ritual will fail so much that Asuna will simply not be able to cope with her emotions. But, life goes on. Asuna can go out of anger and have sex with Inoda. Oneday two day, three, all week they can fuck with him, but in order to love Inoda because of this... It couldn't be more stupid. Well, only if Kirito starts accidentally fucking Liz instead of Asuna at the ritual, and Inoda saves the whole ritual by heroically reviving Yui. But I think love is too much of a reward for that. 2-3 blowjobs are enough. :ROFLMAO:

Unlikely. It doesn't make sense anymore. The scene in the brothel was made to move Asuna forward. And Asuna is already far ahead. There is simply nowhere to promote it further. Only anal remained.

Just saying, her being a hypocrite means she uses the "VR is not real" excuse only when it fits her own narrative for the moment. I mean, we all understand that it's just a plot device.

A plot move that will show how lazy Fujino is to come up with something better than "hypocritical resentment". "Kirito ruined everything, I will love Inoda" Is Asuna's brain development exactly higher than that of a 10-year-old child?

I think the best move would be to fail the ritual not because of Kirito, but just because of circumstances. Disabling the game, for example. Asuna takes off her VR helmet in desperation. And who is sitting here so small and fat? :geek: In short, Inoda would have taken advantage of Asuna's emotional instability and comforted her. And Kirito can't do anything but make a phone call. But it's not enough for Asuna to just call. She wants warmth and comfort right now. Her feelings for the one who was next to her in a moment of despair increase. Circumstances. Circumstances beyond the control of the characters would have led to this, not stupid hypocritical resentment.

In general, that's what I wrote about, that such development doesn't make sense

praying that part 2 is doing some tarantino type cook in the background that will make part 2 a 5/5 game so that part 1 and part 2 are both 5/5

What would Kirito say if Asuna told him
"in my time of need, you were never by my side, but only Inoda"?
I thought about what I could say if I were Kirito, and realized that I just couldn't find the words. What can you say to a girl who has known Inoda for 2 months and says to a guy with whom she has been together for 4 years, "Inoda has always been there for me, unlike you"? I think a good double kick to the head would be my answer. No matter how rude it sounds.

And Kirito himself... I don't even know... judging by how stupid and soft-hearted he is in the game, he would start to apologize, he would tell her that the investigation is very important, but when it's over, he will only be with her. I doubt that Kirito, who is in the game, would get angry or put Asuna in front of a choice of "him or me?" but putting Asuna in front of a choice would be the most appropriate thing. When a girl compares her boyfriend with another person, it means that she subconsciously evaluates the possibility of choice. In true love, there is not and should not be any comparisons.

Not that it matters much, but I think Fujino just changed their ages, so SAO probably happened about two years ago, meaning they've been together for maybe 1.5 years.

Well, to be honest, it's not entirely clear from the game. That's why I'm focusing on the original dates. Kirito and Asuna joined Aincrad in 2022 when they were 14 and 15, and in 2026 they were 18 and 19, respectively. Kirito and Asuna spent 2 years in Aincrad (2 fucking years between life and death, and then some Inode comes along and ruins everything in 2 months) then about a year at ALFheim. If Kirito didn't save Asuna, she probably spent even more time in ALFheim before her father found her. So even in Fujino's world, they must have been a couple for at least 3 years. And if we take the year 2026, then it turns out about 4 years.

upd: I don't remember exactly, but in the first part there was a dialogue somewhere from which it was clear that the events of Aincrad were completely canonical. So that's about the time.

What's much sadder is that in their 4 years of relationship they only had sex 6 times. You could say that Kirito was almost frigid.

You guys keep talking about this sex, but no one explains what it is. What is this sex? Never heard of it.
