I don't have much experience on this stuff. I haven't played many games of this style either, so don't pay too much attention to me. To put myself in the picture, I really liked “The Curse of Kubel”, “Scars of Summer” and “Boy Hero Ken”.
I think that although “SAO” has a lot of pacing and structure problems, where sometimes there are very big leaps in logic and others it doesn't seem to move forward, the size and ambition of the game is very admirable. Personally I'm only interested in the degradation of Asuna and Kirito at the hands of Inoda, though the latter I don't think will happen beyond, at some point, Kirito becoming aware of the betrayal (even so the cross-dressing scene next to Oberon put me on alert).
All the moments where you are about to discover Asuna and Inoda I really liked. I've never seen the whole thing about including sex while fighting before and it's great because of the sense of betrayal that comes from not having Asuna's support because she's getting a good fuck. Also the idea of encouraging secret scenes only for the curious, like the camera on the top floor of the offices. Games with corruption stats, specially if they show things "live" and her thoughs and go in a lot of detail are always a blessing.
If the terms of an NTR game is when the girl reaches a point of mindbreak, I think it's clear that Asuna has already reached that point. Several times. Obviously at the end of Part 1, but most notably in the last few days of quarantine. I was satisfied with the ritual scene where they confess their feelings and Inoda puts a baby in her womb. From here on, everything for me has been an extended epilogue, which I appreciate.
Given the request, I'd like a route with Kirito humiliated or even feminized and Asuna being overtly more cruel to him just for fun. I'm not worried about the ships, although I would find it a bit odd if Kirito had a happy ending yes that seems to be where it's headed. Liz becoming submissive to Inoda would be cool for me too. I didn't get past the second season of the show and I'm not too worried about how canonical it all is. With what's out there now, if Fujino said tomorrow that the game was finished, I'd be satisfied.
As for his next project, I'd almost prefer an original story that doesn't have as many strings attached but has this level of ambition. I'm not interested in the proposed series, except maybe "Re: Zero".
