I've always thought the dev 100% based this game on Parasite in City. Gameplay, setting and mechanics are pretty much the same. There's also Anthophobia which is a similar side-scroller with nice animations.

Nope, for in-game 'attack' animations it's either anal or double penetration. The fly gameover cg has only vaginal though.

After playing the recent demo, I gotta say those game over screens are some of the best I've seen in ages.
Even better than those in NoR! Loving the amount of facial expression just for them alone. Wonderfully animated.
