They're just questions lol each one hardly will be that much effort to answer and certainly nothing that will oh so drastically affect Raven's ability to do other things, but it does raise the question of we have to start from the beginning but how much content will be there will there be an indicator like "alright you've seen all the reworked scenes" in the quest log and will the old content be removed entirely on the happy side though maybe we get the update tonight probably won't but it'd be nice.
Apparently every time someone asks a question, Raven needs to go back studying additional hours to answer each question correctly, so he gets an A+. Hence, why they said if someone asks question, it's just gonna push Raven few more hours to get them works done.
Based upon Lostraven's comments here shortly after v0.45.2's release last year and on Discord - here is what I surmise (and I could be batshit crazy wrong - YMMV):
No one knows what is in the coded update except for Uberpie, himself. Uberpie draws the art and he codes. He contracts Lostraven to write scenes, dialogue, help text, etc and Uberpie may decide to use all, some, or none of it. He even alters it, as he sees necessary, to suit some update he makes to a scene or situation along the way.
Until Lostraven plays through the entire pre-alpha - he is not fully aware of what's in/what's out and how much rework and new update there is in the coded game. Or if he is 100% aware, he does not have permission to share enough of what he knows to satisfy players, through his contract agreement (verbal or written) with Uberpie.
In the end, there are going to be players who love the whole update; love parts, but not all; want more of one character and less of another; or hate the whole thing.
Do you rip the bandaid off slowly answering every players pestering question from now until the update day (only to then have to deal with the shit all over again) or just pull that bastard off all at once after the update drops?
I know what I would do. Again, YMMV.
