I haven't test it yet because I am on linux but maybe try my patch and see if it works:

I noticed the option to go to the doctor and get rid of the voice in the MCs head doesn't exist anymore, does this mean there will be no hard NTR route?

my guess based on the unity docs is ~/Library/Preferences/unity.UberPie.TaffyTales.plist
