As for "what's new?" There's storyline advancement with Tiffany, Danny, Violet, Mary, Becca, Priscilla, Mia, Ashley, Natalie, and Sara. There are over 100 new CG images in the gallery (pages 71-76) and 14 new lewd and/or sex scenes. This includes the two optional Danny scenes and one optional Violet sharing scene.

if you don't want to do it then it doesn't happen, you don't do an alternate scene or anything. I'm not sure how repeatable it is, it might just be a mechanism to get an item for another scene (which gets Ex-Machina'd into your possession if you choose not to do the scene).

maybe in reverse
save code: ocusar
cheat: dilder

no reverse,
click load game,
click unlock save (top leftcorner),
there will be boxs to rename the MC, Mary and Tiffany,
under that you enter the save code in the box marked save code,
and the cheat code in the box marked cheat code,
(you will see green ticks if you did it correctly)
if you aren't using the save unlock
start a new game then when it gets to the point you have a phone, there is a box in phone/settings for entering the cheat code.
