Does the gallery you unlock from season 1-4 carry over automatically to season 5 when I update the game? Since season 5 starts at the latest update it's impossible to get the past scenes from the previous seasons (I'm new so please pardon me)

In the most recent update, the vanilla and NTR content are completely separate, you choose which one you want at the start.

No. The galleries are separate. v0.89.8 (Seasons 1-4) and v0.95.7 (Season 5) are two different standalones.
Officially, there is no M&S content in this. This is a game promoted on patreon and that would violate patreon ToS and Community Guidelines (in fact, when it was in the game, the developer had to remove all that in order to stay on patreon over 5 years ago). You can rename Mary - the homeowner of the house where the MC, Peter, lives - to whatever you want. There is quite a bit of content for Mary and Peter.
If no one has posted a comment on a thread since you last posted (particularly within the same hour) you can simply edit your post to add more info instead of spamming the thread with multiple entries (even though different content). Or delete and write a new one.
Whenever you find a link that is dead on the first post of a F95 thread - Always use the "REPORT" button in OP to let the uploader(s) know that a link is dead in any game or comic/animation thread. Simply posting about it in a thread isn't helpful - in fact, you can skip posting about it if you use the REPORT button at the bottom of the first post.
For your question about a walkthrough and in-game hints about netorare (ntr) - you will know if there any content ahead that the developer considers netorare. See my post on the previous page answering a similar question: #30,555 - the FAQ referenced in that thread has answers to both of those questions (#8, #13). I also recommend looking at my signature.

No - what I typed says nothing like what you are asking.
There is a specific "reworked gallery" of some of the art that Uberpie updated in v0.82.4/v0.85.1 from prior versions. That "reworked gallery" was carried over to v0.89.8. That's all.

So, will I encounter the reworked scenes/CG naturally by just playing the game without the need of cheat codes?

If the gallery's from v89 and v95 are separated how do you unlock the previous scene's in v0.95 then? Is there like a cheat code that unlocks them? (Sorry I'm really new to this)

Yes.
You don't. They are separate. They are stand alone. If you want to see the gallery for v0.89.8 (Seasons 1-4) - then you need to download and run it separately from v0.95.7a (Season 5).
If you have a DVD for Star Wars 4: A New Hope and go into "Scene Selection" you should not expect to see scenes from the DVD for Star Wars 1: The Phantom Menace or vice versa. The similar concept is here.

So basically if you play on a phone you're screwed since you can't download the same app twice yikes thanks for answering.
I am extremely confused by this game. When you start playing it seems like you are playing in the middle of the game, there is no context anywhere...
