For the people asking for an uncensored version so we can fully enjoy those grotesque orc dicks, here's a hint:
If it looks Japanese,reads Japanese, has even the slightest relation to Japan, like the word "sushi" in the title, it is censored. Furthermore, the good mods of this site have made it so even people without the slightest clue about the intricacies of Japanese porn, can still look at the OP and see if it's censored or not.

Im not exactly sure what your asking but you should be able to open it using winrar.

I downloaded the local emulator but it doesn't work anyway. I also downloaded the Japanese language package on windows 10 but nothing. I remember that with Windows 7 I didn't have these problems, if someone was kind enough to show every single step or make a more specific guide I would have migrated, maybe so I can get it started.

I used a local emulator but I modified the application file so it would run in Javanese (Javanese) instead.
1. After installing local emulator right click the App
2.Scroll to: local emulator, modify application profile
3.Set location to Javanese (Javanese) & Save
4.Run local emulator as normal or run with application profile
