TY2 Animation has the another engine (Artemis). Only non-animated version is on KiriKiri, which you can run by kirikiroid2.
For animation version you can try Winlator with japanese locale (you can find the instructions on reddit). Or you can try Artroid.

i already tried that and had the thing launch but it was stuck in a black screen.

No,I get past the logos and then get stuck on a white screen. I rant the .exe directly with wine (right clicking) and it looks like an issue with "CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe"
