I hadn't gotten that far, but I'm going to assume you actually have someone working intelligence for you right?
Yeah, I got someone working intelligence and someone raiding, which to my understanding should also give points. But nothing, maybe I just have to wait for the next update.

I put Katy on intelligence and in one day she gathered 15 intelligence, so it's definitely the version that's the issue.

Anybody else having problems getting intelligence points? I have tried everything and I havent gotten a single point.
As per initial post:

NOTE: Latest build (0.9) has a bug with intelligence, to progress open the console (Shift + O) then inside type, exactly as follows:
intelligence = 100

There's a bug in .10 that's allowing me to have negative amounts of serum. Take your time with this one ;).

While the incest patch deosn't work, it's not really a deal breaker for me. I found the game to be quite entertianing and to be honest, i'm more interested in taking over the city.

The issue i'm having is obtaining enough supplies for the science and intelligence.

Do you know how to decompress them?
The files were converted to the "webp" format. "Studio Dystopia" did NOT change the file extensions from "png" or "jpg" to "webp".

You can use IrfanView if you are using a version of Windows. (It is shareware, search for "Irfanview" in Google or other search engine.)
You can view individual files using the Chrome browser.
You can convert individual files to "jpg" using an on-line coverter (again, use a search engine on the web).
You can use a program on you computer to convert them. One possibity could be "Image Magick". Another would be to use "dwebp" from Google. To find others, use a search engine and look for "webp converter" or "webp to jpg".
