In real life, because the surgery is expensive and invasive. In future sci-fi, probably less risk of that.

But I suspect the main reason is that some fans probably like Raene as-is.

I'll also say that the dev is going through significant effort to make future harem scenes flexible so you can pick and choose your LIs. Go back a few pages to the last dev update to see what I mean. So I'd not give up on the game if that's you main concern.

Actually it would be a lot better if they DID just stop playing. But no, the usual procedure is to piss and moan all over a game's thread each and every time a new release comes out. They don't like the game, but there they are, each and every time with whatever petty grievance that happens to bug them. *sigh*

The same is here. I was misguided by the notion of "transition". Now I stuck with a guy with tits and I'm too busy / lazy to roll everything back, so I have to fast forward the gay scenes

My only complain is that the "trans" path is not clearly defined from the beginning and once selected there is no way back other than replaying everything from the start. There should be a clear warning in this case.

Imagine I also do. As the other club member mentioned, there is a notion of a "transition", so it leads to believing that Rayene would become fully a girl (which he/she looks like). Rayene isn't a futa but a trans. There is a real futa in the game (the purple one forgot her name) to please the futa lovers. That is OK with me, he/she's clearly defined from the start to avoid if you don't like that kind of stuff. She's an E.T. after all
