This is a browser game. I am not sure how an android browser works, but in theory you should be able to open the jags.html file with a browser, and play the game. I really can't guarantee anything, though, I didn't test this on android.
You should have a small "system" button in the bottom-right corner. That's where you save, load and so on.
There is a simple mistake in a variable check at the end. This doesn't affect anything but the displayed text, fortunately. I'll fix this soon-ish, since it's not vital.Hello again.
I've just found some kind of discrepancy regarding the date with Jane (Romantic walk through the park (entertainment district on Europa 4, free)).
Despite having chosen the +relation or neutral option the date has been somewhat described as a failure (regarding the text "You are still both grouchy after all the bickering, so the ride home is a long and silent one. You hope your next date will work out better than this one..."). When I choose the -relation option (joke), the text suddenly depicts a success ("You look at Jane, and realize that she is looking back at you. ...")
Could it be that the text parts are somehow mislinked (wrong chain?)? Or is this WAD? Does it matter for the further relation-development?

Before the html version I tried to download 3 different RAGS versions (v3.1beta + v2.5 from 2017 and legacy v2.4 from 2012), none of them worked and the old v2.4 even wanted to download SQL expr. and other older MS things which I would never allow (in 2022). v3.1beta started the game but had sound issues and some internal errors.
It was my anti bright-mode custom CSS, which was incredibly inapt of me to not disable and check. In my defense it had not broken anything I noticed up to that part.
Yeah, RAGS has a few extra requirements nowadays. Version 3.x is effectively a different engine, so 2.x and 3.x aren't cross-compatible. I think for the overwhelming majority of games, you want 2.4.16. I guess you really must use a very specific version of RAGS along with various other things to install (see the creator's blog: Checklist For RAGS On Modern Windows).
However, the html game version works very well when using MS Edge (Firefox v102 didn't work either), thanks again for it.
Ad Firefox: It simply doesn't work at all, you can start the game and its UI along with the first text page, however no sound does play and nothing can be clicked at "system" and/or the music symbol. It might have to do with JAGS, MS Edge JAGS player v1 works just fine though.
For me dialogue und overall immersion is by far the most important thing (hence my post regarding the romantic date above). You've done some really good writing and world setup, thanks again.Also, I see TOTDC's quotes are now signature-worthy.
I use Firefox myself, and it always worked fine, any chance you have some plug-ins which could interfere?

It might be the noscript addon (albeit I turned it off...) or some other security settings I have, doesn't matter though.
On Android 11+ you need to copy all files from archive to Chrome download folder located in "/Android/data/com.android.chrome/files/Download/TOTDC 1DD". Then in browser launch the game from url 'file:///sdcard/Android/data/com.android.chrome/files/Download/TOTDC%201DD/jags.html'
