Ren'Py. Part of the reason to update TOTDC 1 was to make exporting data between the two games possible (so people can continue from where they left off, if they wish).whats the engine for totdc 2 going to be? sticking to rags?

Good to know you had fun with it! ^_^Great game and story, really enjoyed it! Thanks mdqp
Are you focusing more on Caliross now or Chapter 2 is something we could expect in near future?
And I am looking forward to you updating your game. ^_^This game was the inspiration for starting and continuing work on my game, sometimes I go back and play it when I have a bit of writers block. Looking forward to the sequel!
You can buy a healing pod in Europa 4, but only if you bought a property during a random encounter in the commercial district first. Can you somehow regen HP without using Medkits?
Out of curiosity, which game is yours? This game was the inspiration for starting and continuing work on my game, sometimes I go back and play it when I have a bit of writers block. Looking forward to the sequel!
Maybe you figured it out eventually, but it's in his avatar "After Colony 250".Out of curiosity, which game is yours?
I figured that doing the classic trick of making her lose her clothes as her mental state changed wouldn't fit, and I didn't have access to more nuanced changes to her expression, so I left it description-based.Its a classic....One of the ones that inspired me to make my own game back in the day (stranded).
My one bugbear was that the player avatar never updated based on mental states.
For the most part, it's bugfixes and small changes. The HTML version in particular got some nice fixes, and shouldn't have any more freezes. The most recent version I have is 1.0c. Is there a changelog for the most recent version(s)?
Currently there is only an incomplete walkthrough. Can someone give a walkthrough? I would mess around and figure stuff out but the developer clearly doesn't respect the players by having game overs with no warning ahead of time. Neat game, just poorly executed and using an inferior engine. TWINE is better than ren'py and RAGs. You shouldn't have game overs without immediately letting the player undo their action that caused it. Especially since the first quest you encounter with the warehouse chase can instantly lock you out of more quests. Thats just being a shitty developer
Ren'py is still awful. Though given the amount od mangled sentences and typos in this game, you probably misunderstood. The Police station puzzle is a stain on game development and you should never make something that atrocious again. The game has potential but the fact that you deliberately adhered to an uninteractive, unfun design philosophy hamstrung the game. Try harder to make a good game
Man, this is really the equivalent of complaining about the graphics and mechanics of a NES game, saying they don't hold up compared to a ps4 game. Like, no shit. RAGS was always a limited engine. Old games didn't used to even have a save feature and you had to use passwords. You're literally talking about a porn game from a decade ago. Engines and mechanics evolve over time. Can someone give a walkthrough?
