A tip I'm sure has been mentioned before: on PC press A and change Font Override to something less stupid. You will need to make Text size scaling smaller too. The original font makes it read like "HeLLo tHeRe, tHiS iS a StUpId FoNt!".

No need for Ipatch as you name relationships yourself and there is a good chunk of content IMO. I recommend trying it since it is an enjoyable game.
The pregnancy tag should be added though.
Dev is doing good, as far as we know. New update on the dev's other game (Dawn of Malice) was released yesterday.
