Played it last night, can't remember all the details but you have to go to the bedroom and choose "ask vicky for help with rowena" when it comes up.
Then Emma will show up and choose "kiss her hands". A couple of days later you'll have to go to the nook at night, choose watch porn and then "get emma". Also choose to do it "here". You'll be caught by the mother and Vicky will give you the pills. Next morning you can go to the pool and mix the drinks.
Don't know if there's another way to do it, but that worked for me.

Open the console then use the commands mmyes = 1 and mmno = 0, if you are on Rowena route just exchange the numbers.

I set the ssup = 4 and went to sleep for the night and it worked for me.

Same happened to me but the difference is that the bathroom do this at 16 or 15 o clock
