Any tips as to start over completely fresh? When I delete all my saves some autosaves keep existing thus not clearing all of the achievements. I'd like to start over again from scratch.

Delete saves in system appdata/roaming/RenPy/bts4....
Delete all saves in game/saves in your install folder.
Delete everything in game/cache in your install folder.

Check the bathroom as soon as you get home from the school, since the wife doesn't come home until later. Eventually the daughter will be in there showering and you can join her if stats allow.

Ya if you don't mind being "gamey" about it and you want to save time just check the shower as soon as you get home, and if she's not in there hit back a couple times until you're back at the school and about to leave, and then go home and check the shower again. The chance of her being in the shower is determined right when you get home so you can abuse the back feature to make sure she's in the shower. In the long run it's not really necessary but you can do it if you wanna progress the daughters route asap.
