Someone may have said this already but, cant you just avoid the Patreon rules with what Sunsetriders7 did with Something Unlimited to avoid the copyright takedown notices? Just create a "new" game that never gets worked on and magically updates appear from the either, for the original game, that no one has worked on. And your Patreon rewards can be a personalized standard email that says, "Thank You (Patreon's name here) for your continued support of ($X). Please continue your support next month to get another email, and absolutly NO INCEST content whatsoever."

An agent in contact with Faerin(Man of the House) explicitly stated that the consider step-relationships to be incest. News just broke a few hours ago.

The relationships create the stories. It's not just a matter of changing names. Besides, I believe this would fall under the category of "a disclaimer is not enough." If it's clearly a family situation they will treat it as such and consider it incest.

We should wait for another Faerin's news as he sent another message to Patreon to make them precise many things - especially their behaviour. In their message they even mentioned some creators who violate their rules behind their paywall after their suspension but said nothing about bans or further actions even tho they're aware of violations. Their answer may give some answers for TP as well.
