Is there any other games like this or Alien Quest: EVE?
Doesn't need to be related to tentacles or xenomorphs, but I find this category kind of fun to explore but I don't know how to find more - DLSite is kind of a mess, you know...

How can it be... the ship name Nostromo 2 can be a parody and that's about it.

the controls are clunky but i think it's so you can organically take damage and peek into the tentacle scene more often

Hot damn the controls suck!! What I hate the most is that when Im walking, suddenly the controls stop working and I stop moving completely. I hate it when monsters get on top of you, sometimes you killed them immediately, but other times you cant move and the shots get through them and they do a lot of damage, lost many runs when I was left with little to no health and no injections on the last 1 or 2 people. I also hate when you accidentally shoot in another direction and get stuck at it while you can shoot at the monsters, like did my key get stuck or something.

When asked at download time, choose the x86 version. That's what worked for me.

Love the overall theme, style, and concept. I don't find the gameplay as bad as many are saying here, but it is clunky and a bit basic yeah. Nicer controls would have allowed for more diverse threats. Is short but doesn't overly drag things out.

You guys hyped up the difficulty so much though. I took it seriously and it meant I had to do a second run to deliberately loose after completing it, although sadly seems there wasn't really anything to see anyway.

Would love to see more in a similar vein with a bit more replayability and diversity in content. Seems like the type of game that could do great with a procedurally generated mode that unlocks after completing the story mode.

Yeah. Some people had a wrong idea about the kind of game it is and the way it works. It's definitely easy to get yourself a game over if you're not careful but this is not a hard game at all.

Enemies spawn infinitely and killing them get you nothing so there is no need to shoot everything you saw. Especially with your limited amount of bullets (even though the game is very generous with pickups) You only shoot them to keep them away from you and if one spawn far enough, you can just walk away from it. It's not like the game was designed to beatable with a no-hit run. From what I've played it's clear you're expected to get some damage and you have way more than enough health to tank it.

They're sort of used automatically when you get hit, in that if you have any in your inventory they'll drop onto the floor and you can walk onto them to lower your the character's orgasm percentage. It's kind of a weird system.

what am i supposed to do? i spawn down move around trying to interact with doors or sometimes or go over a trigger box to do something in the starting area but nothing happens

this game is a banger, a bit short, but he'll sure have my money ! it was dope ! mild excitation, no time to fap, but cleary put me in the mood, i try hard it, save the crew, the gamedesign was on point , missed some difficulty at some point, but didn't win first run... i'll give you money pls continue in this path

you must take the elevator, find some ammo, and save as much crew member as you can, some things may unlocked, try to avoid fight it s more like a survival game than a shooter, with a lot of tentacle animation and nice moaning in your headphones

GAMEPLAY: A-TIER [BUT YOU NEED THE RIGHT MINDSET]

Basic gameplay loop is as follows:

TRY TO MEMORIZE MAP > RUN LIKE HECK FUCK > KILL BOSS TO SAVE CREW MEMBER AND EARN CUTSCENE > SAVE GAME > REPEAT

You WILL take 'unavoidable' damage - BY DESIGN - which is in line with the panic-horror theme common to the many old space movies this game references.

'Unavoidable' damage opportunities increase as gameplay progresses - the enemies will spawn more frequently and tentacle floors are introduced [the damage IS avoidable but this is very hard without trial-and-error].

You DO get like 8 'free' suit hits before you ever have to juggle your arousal meter each round.

It is not a hard game if you learn to stop lollygagging and follow the RUN LIKE HECK FUCK strategy.

I was surprised to see so many bitches commenting here and struggling with such a simple concept - I would understand this pathetic mindset better if the player got one-shot, but you can take many 'free' hits and also reset the 'impending doom' status with common drops after reaching 100% arousal - so unfortunately I can only conclude that some of you are pathetic and maybe just want to be mindbroken by tentacles?

The many references to Alien, 2001: A Space Odyssey, etc. were a nice touch - such a great little game.
