Give it time for someone to have it to Android version, the game was just release within the last 6 hours. I am currently downloading the game which taking longer than expected. Possible issue with the backbone.

Depend on who is the vendor of your anti-virus program. Some of them will allow you to exclude certain files. In past I had one that I could skip certain zip files because I know there certain file that will be red flag.
The game was just released, someone will convert it to Android Ports soon. Give it a few days. At mean time there is others who are waiting for compression/kompression as well.

I just happen to notice that "Tentacular.exe" been deleted for UDS: DangerousObject.Multi.Generic.

Jackerman, you may need to check/scan your system. I cannot say that your system may be infected or not. I believe I got the same issue on Release 3. Before that i had no known issue on first and second Release.

No, something in some (not all) antiviruses causes it to misflag tentacular because it's a large executable and viruses are often executables.
