v3 gonna be released as complete package, tested for bugs and with music
"Internal QA will handle all bug testing, trust me it will be fully bugtested. Yes, the entire project got ported to a completely new framework. Don't worry about it, our two QA testers got it covered!" is giving me Vietnam flashbacks. That sounds like something managment would say, that would result in extreme overtime for a month afterwards for everyone involved in the backend development lol.

Anyone here likes Taulsol? The community has some amazing artists, god damn...
This was part of a weekly drawpile on discord. I liked this piece so much that I just had to post it.

On the other hand, I asked MD if he had anything to share with us. He worked on effects coroutine timing that day, but I guess nothing really interesting. He had to take some time off because he was sick with Covid.

I'm really sad that the Caenemung wasn't an option of any of those polls, as I like buttfucking the giant skull serpent waifu. That and I feel that they're a good example of something really alien, not just in form but in mannerisms. They can't speak to you, but show that they're capable of understanding you, such as by nodding to answer a question, and they just seem more different from you than all of the other characters you meet. I'm also just a sucker for romance involving nonverbal communication. Also, again, buttsex. They tolerate urethral and enjoy vaginal, but absolutely nut when you put it in what can be inferred as their butt. Giant serpent waifu that likes buttsex? Count me in. They also look awesome, at least to me.

i think its mostly cause caen is semi-feral, not true character nor true feral so its hard to categorize her

I don't feel that the Caenemung is feral, or even semi-feral, at least not when compared to other characters. Breirb is a colony of worms yet she isn't considered feral, which to me means that so long as they're smart enough to communicate with you and show that they understand language then they aren't really 'feral', however alien or animalistic their form is. The Ceanemung does show that they can understand you, and not in some primitive interpretive sense but in actually understanding your words and responding to questions. Sure, they don't seem too keen on using verbal communication of their own, but from their portrayal, to me they feel sapient, even if somewhat primitive. It'd be like encountering a native tribesperson who isn't as advanced as the city-dwellers nearby and using their primitive nature to label them as a feral instead of a fully thinking character. It just doesn't feel like an accurate label from what the Caenemung has displayed.

If feral is disabled, you can't have sex with her; the most you can do is spread her slit. Seems that as far as MD is concerned, it's feral (at least during the first time you do it)

While I disagree with their view, it does make some form of sense when you view it as a porn tag. You can have completely sapient creatures capable of verbally communicating with you and if they look too much like a recognizable animal, it's most often still tagged as feral. The reason that the other snake isn't tagged as feral is most probably due to their ability to speak, though at that point the dev really is splitting hairs. Most people would tag anything that looks like a recognizable animal, sapient or not, as feral, which would include the other snake. The fact that one is and one isn't when both look like animals and both can understand you is kind of weird. The dev may feel that not having speech is too nonhuman for some people to feel comfortable, but they're still distinctly different from any other feral content in the game.

Yeah, I've seen this before in several other threads. Once mods catch wind of something not being updated for a while, they'll usually slap an abandoned label on it whether or not the developer is still giving news. I've seen people say that they'll only apply the tag after a certain amount of time of the developer not having any contact at all, but I've also seen exceptions to this. I've even seen a game get tagged as abandoned when the developer was actively engaging in that very thread and providing constant updates on progress, even just the day before the tag was applied. It probably depends on whether the mod gives a shit when applying the tag or if they just look at when the first post was last updated.

If it gets updated someone will un-tag it eventually. I think it's okay until that... if a bit misleading to newcomers.

Unrelated: I just noticed that the Taulsol picture got a facepalm reaction and I find it hilarious.

18 months without update === tag abandoned. This is very coherent, I think. If you have to wait 18 months or more for an update, what's the difference between that and the game being dead?
we waited 3 YEARS airell, YEARS without the abandoned tag, and now, there actually ARE news about it, and there is at least a bit of small talk and sneak peeks, NOW we get the tag, that is the funny part :ROFLMAO:
if you check the thread, there's was a bit of discussion before about the [Abandoned] Tag, and how there should be a better system to tell if a game is truly dead or just in [Hiatus] Hell, MD stated before he's doing Teraurge as more of a side thing dude already has a life, a job, and leaving aside the fact that's more than a good part of the f95z userbase will ever reach, its just hilarious how NOW we are getting such a tag
