uh when downloaded the game i got a bunch of random files but none of them said anything about Brothel.exe
You should've got 1 zip archive, inside a ThatBrothelGame.exe which launches the game.
If its not the case, what exact link did you use?
Adding mafia is stupid and annoying. Especially making them kill off workers that are supposed to bring them money.
You want to add something to break the tedious clicking, add some interesting random events. Not something that just artificially prolongs the game (i.e. makes players click even more for no goddam reason)

Yeah, like an event where one(or more) of the girls(or guys) want more pay(like double of their usual upkeep) and if they don't get it then their loyalty(or whatever the green one was again) goes down.
or one where one of your girls(or guys) has a friend that would really like to get into your bisness, as such they would cost half as much as what they would be to initially get, upkeeps the same tho.
could even add a couple events where the girls(or guys) go out and buy something for the brothel, like they get together and buy a new tentacle monster for free on your end.
also, could we please get extra arena slots so if you end up with extra items (once I got another box of toys when I had one already and didn't know/forgot) they can be used.
also, here's an interesting event you could add, a rival brothel, they too have access to all the girls(and guys) that you have access to, but they have an extra income source, so they can just get girls(and guys) on the fly, which means removing them from the pool of recruits, but if you have more monitary income then them, there's a chance one or more of their girls(or guys) could choose to come to your brothel instead, and they would have some experience from working at the rival!

More events sounds good, but I must agree that the mafia one is a bit too much. The killing/removal of characters is definitely not fun.
They probably extracted straight from the zip. The files aren't all together so if they just straight extract instead of extracting to a folder, the files go everywhere. So what they're seeing is just the data folder most likely.
I don't know if anyone wants real porn images in this game but I just made a pacc with Lana Rhoades and Dani Daniels. I might make more later on.

Open the data file in Notepad.
In lines 68 and 103, change the value to 1. The mafia will take $1 away instead of $1000 or $2000 (if you didn't pay the previous week).
You may be able to just delete all of the Mafia events from the event folder too. Not sure if that would break things though.

You can just delete the folder if your so inclined. That's what I do when I'm testing my mods.
Update to Steven Universe Pack:
Added support for hypnosis arena, and added new Events, including lesbian acts, and gem fusion.
