So far your wife gets kidnapped and gets fucked by others. This is completely avoidable though, and the option is clearly stated if you don't want to see it.

Same, with how some of the options are written it could easily happen. The creator has posted about the idea of an NTR focused game looking at their last Patreon post.

I understand why people want to be warned about ntr related choices. I am not a fan of ntr at all. But I wish there would be an option on whether or not to be warned about ntr in game choices. I think half the fun is not knowing.
