There's supposed to be 4 post game scenarios with only 2 currently released I think. I'm not sure if this thread ever updated with the newest version with the 2nd thing though only the first chapter last I checked.

There's a few optional parts of the game where you can play as a female char (the game calls them sub-scene). That's where those come into play.

As for group sex, it's basically just the orc protag getting it on with his party of girls.
