The sex scene in the shower is due to MC egging his dad on to go inside. So Anne has not cheated with Dad. Anne is pissed off that after MC has said No to her fucking the Dad at the beach he asks him to go in so she decides to have some fun with the dad and if MC intervenes challenges him, choose to go on the cuck route when he intervenes.
