Have you tried installing any of the game's dependencies in those? Some might not get installed properly for obvious reasons, but others will [mostly]. (At least, this was my experience trying out Wine about 15 years ago... so results definitely won't be the same)

I tried installing those the last time I played the game but the graphical issues persisted. I'll test if they go away after messing with winetricks again in a bit.

hm. im on macos and i cant seem to get it to run on wine, are you using dxvk? im noticing its not creating a secondary file for dxvk with games on this engine (which i cant figure out what is). it just starts and closes itself immediately

im having an issue where i try to use the purple crystal to teleport to the capra village but is just says 'unable to teleport at the moment.' Tried reloading, unequipping and equipping the collar, nothing has worked so far

That's an intended thing, it's usually due to plot or something requiring you to walk there because path event or something.

With the script the cheat is in being from an older version there is a high potential for bugs to occur (along with missing code), so here is the script from v1.05 with the cheat functions inserted.

Purely a copy/paste, so no further changes.

Should prevent any potential issues from using an older script.

Any issues should just be with the cheats code itself.


Refer to the original cheat post for instructions.

Keep in mind that a 64-bit system (which is most machines these days) needs both x86 and x64 packages installed (.NET Frameworks are excluded from this, they only need to be matching the system)

Try installing Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86.

Wouldn't hurt to get 2010 x64 as well.

Updated for 0.82-2-b but some content to this guide is from 0.77 Beta.
Since this was pinned... I guess I will make my guide here.
These tips should still apply to the latest version however some contents might be changed as this was made with the v0.82.2.b and previous version was from v0.78.b which may or may not be updated. I will be working on this guide in the future more to include more walkthroughs instead of just a guide.

The combat in this game is pretty simple and straight forward, though if you want to go a pure route (Currently there is no benefit), you will make the game much harder for you as EVERYTHING in this dungeon will and can fuck you.

SOME PLACES YOU MIGHT GET STUCK AT...
(Due to this being a guide from 0.77.0 Beta, some of these might be out dated)
If you ever Clip into a wall or something... you are screwed. Reload the next save.

If you cannot open the options menu, there are various ways to fix this. 1- You can try to force a scene by A- getting defeated by a monster and it has a chance to refresh it. B- Go to the pool and wash up C- Talk with someone. D- Ya fucked. If it happens to be D, then you move on to 2. 2- You press T to go back to the title screen. One warning though, reloading a save may not fix the issue. Restarting the game might however, if you restart the game and it still has that issue on that save, then you really fucked.

Just avoid anything that moves in that section and eventually you'll find your way to Phara. That maze isn't complicated imo

I did the Divine Disk puzzles before getting the Tentacle Panties quest (and I'm on a Holy Virgin run), but now that I have the quest, it says there's "nothing inside" the chest even though I haven't gotten the item before on this run. What do I do?
