About the poll you guys mentioned, is the dev open to ideas or suggestions? I mean, stuff like dog knot (or any other animal) is restraint right? 
Or even animals/monsters with big genitals.
I like tentacle restraint, but for some reason the tentacle suit usually feels meh to me on most of the games I played. I don't know, that concept usually doesn't make much to me, only a bit annoying to play. Unless they make something which completly amazes me, which I don't see how. Also I fear the game would feel variety, since it has already quite an amount of tentacle scenes. Just my personal opinion, while I like tentacles (if well done) I would much rather have variety. That's why I mentioned the animals and monsters above.

So I don't think it's likely that anyone of us individually rolling up will have much sway. Now, maybe a concerted effort from their Patreon fan base might have sway. As they list, "Fan requests," however I think that has more to do with the voting as we're seeing with the polls.
To double down on what whitehallmirage said, yes it's more of a chastity belt type of situation from current reference only images.

Hey I must be doing something wrong. I've copied the entire folder into the saves subfolder inside Resources but when I open the game and hit continue, all it shows me are all three save files populated with 0 playtime and 0hours 0 date. Check my screenshots and tell me what I'm doing wrong please.
Could i have the save please ? Im currently stuck at the room which you need to burn tentacle in 4 side

is it just me or i cant even get past the tutorial? c does not work for the melee staff part nor does the controller
An elaborate answer would be something like this: yes, but on a first playthrough you are (almost) guaranteed to be raped before making it to the first boss, the game is rigged against you, an extremely careful and thorough player may be able to do it though. Alternatively, you could save often and reload.
On a second playthrough, when you have a good idea what to expect, it's quite doable.
However, the game also offers a number of relatively rewarding quests that will force the MC to perform all kinds of sexual acts. There is also one hidden-ish quest that becomes available if the MC is raped by a certain monster and has sufficient sexual experience overall. The reward for that quest is that certain areas of the game become substantially easier since enemies will no longer attack the MC.
Beyond that, it's down to how you want to play.
*It might be worth noting that we have no idea how long the full version of the game will be. Considering the difficulty curve, it's quite likely that at some point rape will become (almost) unavoidable no matter what you do.
