i think people like 'virgin' playthroughs because, the same reason people like dark souls and such, they find it a challenge. imagine - you've gone out of your way to download this hentai game that practically pushes for sexual content every three steps, but you've carried through and finished anyway unspoiled and feeling proud of yourself; sure, you bought the sex game for the sex, but going against that makes you feel good about yourself.

nothing says they can't do a virgin playthrough and then do a lewd playthrough; people are just trying to find what they find fun in games, sexual nature or not.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I prefer games where you don't have to get the MC raped on purpose. It's much more interesting when the game's mechanics, through its difficulty level and/or quests, force the MC into performing sexual acts, consensual or non-consensual. I think that this games achieves that pretty well.

If I just wanted to see sex with anime characters, I would watch some hentai.

That being said, play the game the way you want to and let others do the same. As it was mentioned before, saving the MC from monster rape can be a rewarding experience in its own way.

Eh... I understand your point, though you're literally inside a cursed cave with tentacles all around you. The "want to remain virgin" thing certainly wouldnt be that much reasonable to the late game as she eventually receives a lust mark, that will make her hornier than usual and therefore more prone to want sex and so on. Maybe if you earned an achievement for keeping yourself virgin till you can't anymore? That'd be funny.

In sum, I believe that at some point she should be violated by tentacles, but maybe you could add some features like achievements or items ( a chastity belt attached to a plug, maybe? ) if you manage to keep it virgin till an specific part of the gameplay - when the snake rapes you, for example. Otherwise the game would not make sense to be honest.

If by snake you mean invisible black tentacle, it's avoidable too. There is a small floating light in the room, that's the monster, just whack it till it dies.

If you follow the details in the story (which admittedly is a bit hard with the borderline MTL), there's definitely reasons for remaining a virgin. There's two different sides playing Demyra who want to use her for their own needs, one wants a corrupted broodmother, and the other needs a virtuous virgin...

However, the game also offers a number of relatively rewarding quests that will force the MC to perform all kinds of sexual acts. There is also one hidden-ish quest that becomes available if the MC is raped by a certain monster and has sufficient sexual experience overall. The reward for that quest is that certain areas of the game become substantially easier since enemies will no longer attack the MC.

One possible quest that is only possible with high corruption is to "tame" the giant tentacle, thus making all the smaller ones not attack her anymore.

Completely agree. The game is going down that path as is so I expect to see more choices like the tentacle broodmother sidequest further down the line, and that's good.

Don't know what dark age pc you are using but it works fine for me and alot of others. Might have something to do with the version of the game you are using. If it does that would be hilarious
