At least use AI or PS to edit it to a number that makes sense. (65°C at minimum considering she isnt naked, but in general 85°C.) Or just dont show a room thermostat instead of a proper sauna one.

I wasn't completely serious, but as a regular sauna-goer, I did notice that. Given the temperature, it can only be an infrared sauna—and for me, those aren't real saunas ^^ Especially because even for one of those, it's quite cool. They range from 30-60°C.

It's called immersion breakage. Personally, it didn't bother me because I don't use Celsius anyway, but it obviously broke the poster's immersion and took them out of the story. Their experience is just as valid as yours.

Sauna temp is definitely a weird hill to die on...

Making better progress than Newcastle United during the current transfer window...

The rendering has begun in earnest, and I am pleased with the outputs so far. As we approach the end of 'Act One', the focus is naturally shifting back to the club as the first match draws ever closer. So, expect to see a lot of club action, with the staff and players the stars of this next update.

I've been deliberately weaving a tangled web so far in terms of the link between 'club' characters and 'non-club' characters. In this update, I drop the strongest hints yet as to how these two worlds will eventually collide. Will they gel together? That depends on your choices...

I'm hoping to make some big gains this month, with work being quieter than normal because of the holiday period.

That's the end of the progress update this week. I hope you're all well and enjoying the summer. All that is left to be said is a big thank you for all of your support and continuing feedback! Your enjoyment is what keeps me going on this complex project, and at this point the game feels like it's as much yours as mine. This isn't exactly the game for me. I hate football. And there's so much football here. I don't even know who won the last World Cup. Or the one before that, for that matter. I hate football, and if we were talking about a basketball or volleyball team, I'd be much more into it. That said, I'm not here to troll. There are some scenes that are extraordinary. Jasmine Special overwhelmed me with emotions. Not the scene you see in the replay, but everything that comes before it. The scene with Chloe's date is also remarkable. There are quite a few. Jasmine Special is my favourite so far. Apart from the scenario, which I don't like at all, I think it's a game with a lot of potential.

My biggest gripe about this VN is the lack of football. So it's surprising to see someone else say there's too much. For me, it's just a MC drifting from one porn-esque situation to the next, and the football aspect is background noise. I just don't make a big deal about it because I don't mind the silliness of the situations and Leah exists.

Agree to disagree. There's an entire team, we've barely interacted with most of them, and that should be changing soon since the season will start. Most of the MC's time is spent with people that support or influence the team, which is fine, it's at least a consistent direction. Almost all sports themed VNs use sports as a backdrop instead of making it the focus so I'm hoping this ends up different.

That's what's required. It mustn't be this year's new scandal. So if you want to keep your job, there's more than enough football. If you think there's not enough, that's fine. For me, there's more than enough. If it were a volleyball team, I might agree. I HATE SOCCER.

Anyway Pelé, that shares the same language than me as Portuguese, mentioned the football game as the "Jogo bonito" that translates in English to "Beautiful game" and is even the title of his autobiography if I'm not mistaken.

So yeah the title is about football (not soccer, I really dislike that term) but as jadepaladin says and I agree that actually should even be more actual football in this AVN, but it is still about it but more like what is around football logistics and the organization of a football team in the modern times so far. Still a lot to happen in this AVN anyway, they are still in the pre-season.

Gino has two idols, basically: Tom Brady and Roger Federer. But I hate football.

Hahaha yeah I just love Football since my 6 years old, so 44 years of "love" for the sport so I know a bit about it. Specially the love I have for Benfica, the most popular football team here in Portugal. But it isn't my favorite sport to watch and play, that one is Tennis and always will be but there is few Tennis "culture" here in Portugal anyway.

And yes gino, Federer will always be my favorite male Tennis player too, and female even though she didn't win much always be Radwanska, she would have win more (think she is retired at least from singles tennis) if she had more power but like Federer there is no secrets for her in a tennis court.

This AVN theme is about football and what is around it even with some inaccuracies but this is fiction so all is forgiven, I don't expect ever fiction to be exactly what is like in the "real life" but it is still a good depiction of what happens around football.

The pre-season scouting and market signings, the technology and science that is very present in sports including football nowadays, the way football teams try to get extra funds/money to run it efficiently and pre-season and during the season innovative training methods etc etc.
