Hester/Kiki aren't club players in that scene yet so not breaking that zero tolerance rule, they are future prospects players and Ivy as an agressive/assertive coach/manager and leader (how many people I know that are "out of character" when on the job lol too many for my taste) has a plan and follows it using our naive MC to convince them to sign, not that he minds muchI'm simply saying that I prefer it if it was more consistent. For this particular case, the dev realized this themselves because they wrote MC to be consciously confused as to why Ivy behaved like that in the sauna with Hester/Kiki. There is an acknowledgement of her behavior being out of character. It's on purpose and by choice.
About the zero tolerance it is just normal she would be assertive with the MC because of bad/scandal past club experiences of staff-players relations and she wanted to stand her ground, that happens in the beginning of the work relationship and she was testing the waters and see his reaction. Yes you are right, even on real life rules are bent and broken first by who made them haha so in a way is kind of consistent.
But I understand that people see it as inconsistent writing, I just see it as character development. Maybe you are right and we will see in future updates if this is that relevant or not and if get more or less "consistent".
