I guess then I do well to pass the game. At least until we are sure that the NTR disappears and the harem appears.
Ummm... Okay. It took awhile for me to get to this one. English isn't bad, needs a little polish but not a lot. Also not much to judge the game on, however the weird psychotic break of a daydream that the MC had makes this game one I am unlikely to continue with... It was jarring, unnecessary, and didn't fit the rest of the game. In addition the player is saddled with a vow of celibacy because the woman we are forced to interact with did him wrong.
The player needs to be given more choices that matter instead of having everything thrust at him. Also why portray all the women in a slutty manner? Will the architect and her daughter be living in the town with the MC? If not there is no point in showing the architect sitting on a table with her vagina hanging out, nor does it convey that I should take this game seriously at all.
Overall, the renders are nice. Needs animation.

tldr; it's about impregnating women, but it seems roughly 3 of the girls have been compromised so far. The author has switched one of the girls with Jane, an identical twin sister though.
There are warnings about "love making" taking place in bathroom stalls, however.

He has to make a lot of changes so that the game interests me minimally. I'll wait, but I guess it's going to be a big no.
Will the MC's ex and his rival even be relevant outside of the exposition in this first version of the game? As far as I understood this episode was about the MC getting picked over his rival for the project, so he'll be the only one going up north. I don't think the village would need to be saved from extinction, if every pregnant lady and her cheating husband could just move there.

Well the dev did a poll asking if the blonde's baby should be from the mc, he also asked if Paul should reappear, let's say that if for example the majority of people voted that Paul should reappear, surely the dev is going to make him reappear if no it wouldn't make sense to ask right? The same with the blonde's baby, what would be the motive to ask that if the dev has not planned for her to appear again in a future update?
At this point the situation is quite confusing, he promotes a harem game but at the same time shows another male character fuck 1 Li and another LI that could be pregnant by Paul or the mc depending on the result of the survey, to then ask if Paul should reappear ...imo, it seems that it contradicts itself,but let's see how the story unfolds in the next update.

I haven't played, but from what I've read, if Paul is going to reappear, I won't try the game.
For now there is an LI who apparently has a twin sister who has had sex with this Paul, a bad resource, in reality it's clear that the LI didn't originally have a twin sister (in fact it's seen that the name change was made after the critics), so the feeling is that he wants to rip us off with this move.
And if there is a girl who has a child with this Paul (depend of the pole), then she is no longer a LI.
Also, the MC's ex-girlfriend cheated on him (I don't know if with Paul). I don't think including her as LI is an option.
For now if he wants a harem game he isn't doing it very well.

Actually people who like harem games have several things that they really dislike. NTR and watching other guys fuck (and even more so if it is with potential LIs) are two of the things that are best avoided from happening in a harem game.
On the other hand, all the adult games (which I'm not going to mention) that I support on Patreon, Steam, or other pages, I have found them in this forum (and I can say that they are some if I include all from steam).

Edit after playing: Interesting so far, looking forward to the continuation. The dev is deffinitly from somewhere in Scandinavia, as i doubt someone from outside of our lovely corner of Europe would think to use Lars Levi Laestadius as a refferance(wich in of it self is funny considering who he was) in an AVN. If I vere to guess where Fjorda is I would say that it's somewhere in Norway.

As it stands now, the twins' solution is almost as bad as the other option. The only one I find to my liking is the one in which Paul doesn't have sex. Dear followers of The Builder. Just a quick update: I'm currently working on Episode 2, and I think many of you will be happy to hear that I've adjusted Ep1 so that the game from now on has options to choose a pure harem route, conform to the standards asked for in this thread (I will publish the updated version here as soon as I've finished Ep2 for my patreons).
People hate Paul - great! He's a bad guy. Unless you choose so during gameplay, you will never have to see him again. The adjusted Ep1 will also have the much loathed toilet stall sex scene optional. I received some good suggestions in this thread on how to solve that story wise.
That Carla's kid will turn out to be the MC's I guess is really no big surprise ... Remember that night she called him, crying?
I have planned a total of 19 female characters for the game, which will run for a planned 30 episodes. So a bit of patience on the love interests, they will all get there in due time.
So, to sum it up: I have listened to your feedback - here and on the game's proper poll. I will introduce a pure harem route, and choices before every sex scene so you can customize your experience according to your preferences.

And that is how those polls almost always end up barring weighted voting. I will never get why some people will always try to reinvent the wheel. Sandbox is not popular. Any guy other than the MC getting any in a harem game is very not popular. Drama for drama's sake is not popular. So either you target a niche that likes those unpopular things or you work within that framework to make a good story that brings people back. Simple as.
