There's never been loli content in this game. The other site's tagging was wrong, or it was one of those butthurt sites that calls a girl with anything under DD balloon tits 'loli'.

so i took a look at his patreon it seems he posts kind of weekly for last month and we may get the next episode in a month of two...Maybe

So here's how F95 porn games work...
1) Game Framework Phase - cobble together a bunch of RenPy models or just use the Studio function in any Illusion game to do the same & create some scenes. If this is too much trouble then just steal a bunch of artwork from Sankaku Complex or Deviant Art and build around that.
2) Script Phase - dream up something resembling a story based entirely around your own personal favorite fetish or a story that combines every conceivable fetish at once. If this is too hard you can just copy/paste the most popular scripts already being used in at least six different games concurrently at any given moment. No one will care.
3) Sales Pitch Phase - setup your Patreon, your GoFundMe, your Instagram and every other possible way of transferring money online and link them to the project that you are now ready to pitch to
Now from here your project will go in one of two directions, either...
1) You make enough money to instantly retire for life within one month - Immediately go into zombie mode and reduce updates to a carefully calculated trickle designed to occur just often enough to keep people paying you. Make sure that if you ever get close to finishing your project that you announce a "complete overhaul" that will "make everything even better" that will push all progress back to the very start so that you can continue repeating this cycle forever.
2) You don't make enough money to instantly retire for life within one month - Time to abandon the project and move on.
Have you ever looked at a Patreon page and seen how much money the game developers get monthly? On almost all Patreon pages you can see how many subscribers there are and on some how much the monthly income is. I'm pretty sure that number is incl. the share Patreon takes before paying out the spoils. On the pages I've checked, the monthly income incl. Patreon's share is USD $500-1.500. When you have the skills to build Lewd games for this site you can easily get a job and make USD $5.000-10.000 a month with a lot less work.

Well, when it comes out that drinking the water from the town is the cause of the men's infertility that will prove to be a really smart move on the MC's part.
Edit: The developer is unlikely to update things, but smarter would be for the MC to have a thing for glass bottled water or aluminum cans, since of course plastic bottles have potential BPA issues which can cause the very issue that the MC is supposedly avoiding by drinking bottled water from off the island.
Check his patreon page. Even without being a paying member you can see part of his progression reports.

Errr... Ep.5 for download in the OP and dev's finalizing Ep.6. And don't kid yourself, will you? You're not paying for any game through patreon anyway. All you do is dowload pirated last versions. Why else are you on this board?
70% of the devs only share latest update with paying patreons. 20% or so share the last update for free after about 4 weeks. So I don't understand why that is a problem. Or you just have issues with pretty much every dev on this subject?
You're too used to dowload for free from this board, you forgot devs are actually trying to make a buck with their work.

And no. I'm not a Patreon subscriber to any games. But at least I have the decency not to complain about the game not being available to people how don't support the dev.
And last but not least. Episode 5 is available if you click on the dl link in the initial post in this thread. Episode 6 is not even release to donors yet, as far as I know.

You don't pay any money to Patreon I do I do it with passion I can pay 1500€ per month and I'll look at the game if it's worth it at all and if I play until episode 3 and Patreon tells me press me here so you can continue to come play and episode 3 and 4 doesn't continue then that's annoying
And I'm not just going to give my money away.
I have absolutely no clue what your are bitching about. Episode 5 i available through the DL link in the first post in this thread, and on the dev's patreon site if you are a donor. Episode 6 hasn't been released to anyone yet as it's still not finished according to the latest post on the dev's patreon site.
Seems a bit odd that you seem to be the only one with this issue...
I was just able to play all the way through Episode 5 using the download on the first page.

Dear supporters and followers of The Builder, the last work on Episode 6 is underway, and here's a quick update of the remaining work:
* Cleanup renders of Liz impregnation run finishing today
* Cleanup renders of Swathi impregnation run finishing tonight
* Three short link scenes, hopefully this night
* Animations assembly (can't go parallel to rendering due to GPU capacity)
* Sound effects and music
* Packaging and GUI update (done by contracted developers)
This means I'm missing the self imposed deadline by one or two days, but hopefully this will be worth the wait. The episode will contain over 1400 renders, distributed between still images and animations.
