I am stuck at this point and cannot get to Varund because the objective is to go back to burke, but he is no where to be found. Some comments above, it is said that this quest has been removed. If this quest has been removed, then how to proceed further? The entrance to the cave is also not accessible

Well the first chapter got reworked and has significant changes since v.10 among other things, so pretty much yeah you'll want to start over since the bulk of changes since v.10 are all there. Plus it's been awhile since then so it's always good to revisit

Because Patreon got all uptight about certain things like the bestiality, incest in all forms, non(dub)-con, and etc. So quite a few developers had to remove or put in workarounds for their content. The bestiality is pretty minor and not important to main story, though kind of hot in a "holy shit Tabi is a bad girl" sort of way. The only difference between 12/12b is the removed content, pretty sure Nverjos didn't even get any bugs or anything fixed between the two version.
Right? I loved that you could find the dog walking outside later and choose to give him another good time. Just for the hell of it. Man, such a bummer it was removed. It may not have been an important H-scene, but it was still an H-scene. And a damn good one. H-scene numbers should increase, never decrease. Dammit, Patreon. :FeelsBadMan:
Well that becomes the issue right? Does a werewolf count, does a centaur count, does a minotaur count, does a 1000-year-old Fairy that is flat-chested and has no body hair count? Does it count if it's what's his name in the game (the guardian guy who swears an oath to protect Tabi) in dog form/partial dog form/human form? I mean technically you can classify any of his forms as bestiality I guess.

The .12 version posted somewhere has the extras, which is basically you can get the panties(there is just a switch for this in the save files, pretty easy to manipulate.) Pretty sure the .12b posted also has the panties, but has the horse and Sparticus(sic) scenes removed.
