Not entirely sure who else she is banging other than the invisible people she must be meeting when doing Escorts... she never mentions it beyond that one time. The only others I know about are her girlfriend once and her boyfriend once or twice.
Not sure if you can stop any of those, but it's not like she is getting it on with everyone, unless I am missing something.
I do not know what she does when on the CamGirl path, have not done that one yet.
These have been gone for quite some time. Must say, it killed the game for me too.
Darn, just picked it up again this update. I had no idea... a change made to keep the patreon money I guess.

Probably a stupid question, but I've downloaded the game again just recently to check the new update and I'd rather skip all the time in between story events. Does starting the game from Chapter 3 affect the game in any way other than playing in "end game"? Can I use serum normally and explore all the different paths without waiting? (I'm already using cheats)

Other than missing story scenes, No. All the characters will go un-dosed (Unless you choose specifically with Cheats or during the setting to change Sophies's settings). Basically you're starting a new game but about half way in.

Game needs a mod to reinsert the forced content. Would be brilliant.

Pregnancy is purely flavor text for now. The entire game isn't going to take place in a time span long enough to carry a pregnancy to term so at most it's going to result in alternate endings depending on who got you pregnant etc.
