What you are talking about is the Bad Ending. As soon as you get the option to either make her a Pornstar or a Dog, don't. You cannot reverse those choices. At the moment you cannot dose any higher than those options so that would be the best place to stop or make a separate save file.

Or, just do not make any MSX serum. It's what gives you those particular options.
One of the few games that gets noticeably better with every update! Can not wait for the next big update!

Says on patreon that the latest version is 5.4.2, while here we have 5.4.0... The changelog is identical though. Didn't notice any differences from a glance either, except that saves from 5.4.0 can't be loaded.

If they look more like women than men I wouldn't say that constitutes gay, outside of minor technicalities.
As for doing that in this game, so far I think the Player Character is the only one who can be "turned", and purely by virtue of a lab accident. Unless Westane allows for a controlled replication of the chemical exposure combined with exposure to stimulus, I don't think that's technically possible within the confines of the game.
That, or more magical items like the strange strap-on and collar.
