No. Scripting is already done. He needs to make maps which is going to take a couple of weeks and then he will write the conversations of the new events which will take 1-2 months.

No the ART was at 80%. Making the art is just one small part of development. He also needs to make sprites, animations, coding, maps and dialogue.

I agree that at a glance his "progress %" is a bit unclear and he should communicate this better in the future to reduce confusion.
