Keep in mind that sometimes people want to pick up assets as quickly as they can, for projects, etc. so posting all of the various flash sales is still valuable to some. After all, there are a number of people that follow this thread that may not have picked up say 10,000+ items from the Daz website yet, being newer shoppers, so the 'new normal' is all that they really know.
I've probably picked up less than a dozen '70% off flash sale' items since I started my 'Daz crack habit' a few years back, and almost never check that part of the Daz website, relying on my wishlist instead. But of course, those aren't supposed to be Daz+ coupon eligible, hence my lack of interest in the 70% off flash sale category/page.
But there are times I'll pick up an item for less than a 70% off discount, generally that corresponds with burning one of my monthly coupons, if those aren't locked out of a sale. And maybe rarely if there's something I need RIGHT NOW and don't have it handy...
I've never spent full price on anything over at the Daz3D.com website though, everything I've bought has been a sale item of some sort.
So to answer your question, yes it's valuable to post up various sales, unless they are really lame, say 50% off or less after discount stacking at Daz3D.com. Renderosity 50% off is a bit different, but then Renderosity generally doesn't discount stuff more than 70% off, with exceptions, so that's more notable, particularly if a vendor doesn't do sales very often.
This technically would be true at Daz3D.com as well, if some vendor that only does sales once in a blue moon, so in those cases it might be worthwhile to call out a 50% off sale at Daz3D.com IF it's featuring some vendor that doesn't go on sale very often.
And finally, as I said, there are some people here that are new to this game, and this thread is about everyone stretching their daz budgets as best we can within whatever sales constraints may be going on at the moment. If you need something NOW and don't mind paying a little more for it as opposed to waiting, knowing that it's on sale at all can be helpful.
This thread is about being helpful, not judging people for paying more for an item than others might have been willing to. We're just here to help!

Edit: I realized that I should mention this. My point with my last post is to let people know that I'm not watching sales closely these days, being the cheapskate that I am. I have a lot of Daz stuff already, so my 'must have' list is pretty small these days. I'm still watching this thread of course, but I'm also personally not paying much attention to the Daz3D.com sales, or various other websites for that matter at the moment... essentially I'm not in a 'buying' mood, and wanted to communicate that for those wondering why I'm not posting up as much in this thread these days.
