LOL, I'm not familiar with the 'Flash' sales (also not MDT time) I didn't realize they really are quick-I didn't even have time to click on the last one!

I don't think you missed that much to be honest, "only" 80% off for DAZ Originals is not the best deal they can offer (not super bad, but not that great either). Also, these were older Genesis 3 items, which is fine, but if you are new and don't really have that much stuff yet, I would recommend sticking to Genesis 8/8.1 (which are fairly interchangeable) instead.

You can install the DAZ Deals extension in chrome and firefox, and it will tell you the best recent price for items, as well as show a chart of past prices. There will always be a bigger better sale just around the corner, the seemingly random pricing is meant to make you buy more stuff when you see a good deal (which works).

Oh, and wait for a Gift Card sale first, these will also be discounted from time to time. So then you can buy a Gift Card at maybe 20-25% off currently if you're lucky (again, totally random, there were 40% off sales for Gift Cards in the past, but you'll potentially wait forever until one of those happens), and then buy stuff in one of those 80% off sales with an additional discount because you'll be buying with money that you bought for 75-80 cents per 1 dollar.

But again, all of that is meant to make you buy more. With a Gift Card you pre-commit to spending money, then the money is "worth less" cause its already spent, then they dangle those bundles with sexy clothes in front of you for 50, 60, 70, 80% percent off... you can see where this is going.

But my point is, if you want to buy something, never pay full price, and 50% off is actually really bad. And DAZ Originals are always discounted more and more often then PA stuff. Which is why older Genesis 3 stuff, even at 80%, is not that great, some of these will probably go for free together with some other purchase in some of the bigger upcoming sales.

Oh, right I had that installed a few years ago (the last time I got involved in Daz3D), thanks for reminding me!
I think there were a couple extensions like that around? I think I got email updates as well for them at some point.

Maybe there were multiple but I only know of DAZ Deals, I guess there are also extensions that tell you about coupons that are sometimes useful, though I don't use those. Also, the DAZ Deals extension is the one where you can sign up with your email, and then wishlist items in the store and it will send you a notifications if its on sale for best price in past month, 6 months, year.

- no pre-requisites, if you have the Daz-Deals plugin you can sort by % Off to find the "best" bargains

[EDIT] Just spotted some G8.1 stuff at 80%, could that be a DAZ rounding feature? [/EDIT]

Just noticed the extra prime coupons that renderosity has been giving out for select vendors actually stack with the discount the item already has. But all the other vendors where they had a dedicated coupon this month, and where I bothered to check, they always made all discounts prime discounts, so non-stacking.

But currently there is a coupon for RainbowLight, and the newest item is still 30% off, non-prime. So 30% off results in 11.20$, and an additional 50% off results in 5.60$. So 65% off, kind of high for renderosity.
