need help cant progress the mainstory i finished chapter 9 and every event of teh girls, the main evetns i can only do i chapter 10 but i cant get it

IIRC the only prerequisite for Story X: I Love You My Son, is that you must have completed My Name Is Luna.

After you complete the 2 main events "What is Truly weak is Truly Strong" & "Unofficial Boss" you'll see why.
Vaginal sex tag applies to the "Unofficial Boss" event, but to access it you must complete the Ombra mission first ("What is Truly weak is Truly Strong").

2-1-LT1.save is at the beginning of any new content of the 0.7.x updates; have fun.

As to how much to advance the plot, well that's a tricky question to answer since each Main Story or Main Event has different pre-requisites in order to access them. Only way to know is to access the Journal ("J" icon at top, as c3p0 mentioned).
